Building on Our Strengths

The future belongs to those who build on what’s right, not only what’s wrong.

💭 I love my continent, Africa
and Cameroon, my “continent within the CONTINENT” 🙂

Yaoundé is my hometown — the place where I learned to dream, to doubt, to persevere, and to start again.
It’s also where I chose to act — by creating TEDxYaoundé, a space to celebrate ideas, voices, and strengths that inspire.

Nadia and Judicael RAMADJE (Organizer TEDXMoursal)

For me, TEDxYaoundé is more than an event.
It’s a belief — that change begins with a story, that inspiration can spark transformation, and that when we share what’s strong and human in us, we ignite something powerful in others.

For too long, we’ve been taught to focus on our weaknesses
to fix, to compare, to compensate.
But this way of thinking drains more energy than it builds.

True progress begins when we choose to see our strengths — in ourselves, in others, and in Africa.

As a Gallup Global Certified CliftonStrengths Coach, I’ve discovered another path:
one that begins with our natural talents, and invites us to build on what already works.
When we focus on our strengths — and see the strengths in others — everything shifts:
confidence grows, motivation returns, and collaboration flourishes.

✨ Because there are two ways to move forward:
to love what is beautiful… or to make beautiful what we love.

When we focus on our strengths — and learn to see the strengths in others — everything changes.
Confidence grows. Motivation returns. Collaboration becomes natural.

This is the spirit I want to see rise through TEDxYaoundé
a new kind of leadership that starts with self-awareness, celebrates collaboration over competition, and believes that every idea can make a difference.

And that’s what TEDx is truly about
